The Nature of Personalization
Slang and nicknames are often submitted. For example, a customer once submitted Sand Diego on purpose because that’s how their family refers to that beachy, Southern California town. We therefore will leave your personalization exactly as it was entered!
All personalization submitted will be produced as you provide it to us, so please make sure to proofread your personalization.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please cancel an order within 3 hours after being placed.
Refunds & Replacements:
All ScreenCraft Gifts are custom-made to order and non-returnable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
If you’re product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We are happy to replace incorrect or damaged items within 30 days of receipt. (Please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect items in your email - this both speeds up the process and helps us to improve our production and shipping methods to prevent issues in the future!)
Full refunds will not be issued after 30 days for any reason.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We ASSUME that the grammar and punctuation you submit in your personalization is correct. All personalization submitted will be produced exactly as you provide it to us, so please make sure to proofread your personalization.
